• Late payments may incur additional charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primine Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Primine Software, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due, and both parties shall return or destroy confidential information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
